By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following
policies & terms of sale.

ORDERING:

• Minimum Order is $5.00.
• All orders are placed online or via email. We operate solely on the Internet. We do not accept orders placed over the phone or via fax.
• Orders within the state of Texas are required to pay 8.25% sales tax.
• We now ship to selected overseas locations - UK, Australia, New Zealand & Canada. However, our e-store cart is only equipped to process USA orders. For International orders please contact us.
• Bulk orders over 5000 pieces may require additional processing time (to be determined on a case by case basis).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• There is a minimum order of $200 USD for International orders (excluding Canada).
• Occasionally, international orders can experience long delays as they are required to pass through customs etc. We will not be liable for delivery delays, damages or package loss under any circumstances.

PAYMENT:

• Payment is due at the time of ordering.
• Bulk Orders requiring us to special order large quantities of product for the purpose of fullfilling the order will require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering. We will notify you when you when your order is ready to be shipped - the balance will be due at that time.
• We accept Credit Card and e-Check payments through PayPal, our sole payment processor.
• Contact us to pay by Money Order or Cashiers Check.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

• Shipping calculated by our shopping cart is generally accurate. However, due to the number of different products of varying weights and the endless number of combinations available, it is impossible to ensure accurate shipping calculations for every order. If you believe that your shipping charge is excessive, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to check on it for you!
• By placing an order you have agreed to all charges, including shipping.
• Please note: part of the shipping charge contributes toward the cost of labor and packaging supplies.
• If our cart charges you insufficienlty for shipping, we will invoice you for the additional payment. Your order will not ship until the additional payment is received.
• Orders are shipped in the order they were received.
• We ship orders within 3 - 5 business days. If your order is delayed we will notify you via email.
• Our preferred carrier is USPS. Other carriers may be used upon request.
• All orders ship with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is not included.
• Insurance is optional but recommended. There is an additional charge associated with insurance (determined by order total).
• Do not refuse a delivery. There will be no refund, exchange for orders returned to us without prior authorization. We do not accept returns.

DAMAGES & DISCREPANCIES

• Damages and/or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. There will be no exceptions under any circumstances.
• Delivery Confirmation is required and is included in the shipping charge. Insurance is optional but recommended. We will not replace or refund items that are un-insured or showing confirmed delivery. If you have not received the package you must personally notify the carrier.
• Damaged goods must remain in their original packaging. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
• Insurance claims for damaged or lost goods require the purchaser to contact the carrier. We will assist you in any way we can.

CANCELLATIONS:

• For regular orders (less than 1000 pcs) cancellation must be made ASAP. We ship fast - sometimes on the same day you ordered! Once we package your order it's yours! No cancellations, returns, refunds will be permitted.
• Cancellation of Bulk / Special Orders must be made within 48 hours. Cancellations received thereafter will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Therefore, only 25% of your 50% deposit will be refunded.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• We do not issue refunds or accept returns. Please make your selection carefully.
• We strongly encourage you to purchase single items before ordering larger quantities to ensure you are happy with our products.
• Due to hygeinic issues we can not accept any returns or exchanges on any of our products.
• Some amount of shedding is normal with cosmetic brushes. This is not considered a defect. Refunds, returns, exchanges will not be issued for cosmetic brushes for *any* reason - no exceptions.

YOUR PRIVACY:

• Your privacy is very important to us, therefore we do not share or sell your personal information.
• We use Paypal to process our payment quickly and securely. Your account or card details remain secure. We do not have access to the credit card information that you submit to Paypal.
• We do not maintain a customer database. Information that you submit with your order is pertinent to that order only.
• Use of Cookies - Our site makes use of cookies when a visitor's Internet browser is set up to accept them. Cookies are small data files that our web site sends to your browser for storage on your computer's hard drive. Our purpose for using cookies is to identify customers, track their activity at our site and better serve your needs and interests through tracking visits to certain pages of our site, and knowing how long visitors spend on certain pages.
• Use of Information - Customer order information is only used to process and ship your order.
• Online Marketing - As an internet company, email marketing is the only form of marketing we use. Our email newsletter is OPT-IN only. We do not add customers to any non opt-in list of any kind.
• Security - Industry-standard SSL encryption methods are employed to transmit your personal information from your computer to our servers across the Internet.
